I've been having one of those weeks. So I've been working on webbie again.

Today's Focus Glow 'n Show Ponies

What we know

There are variations of Dazzleglow - one with pink hearts one with blue hearts - she also comes in two shades one more translucent than the other.

I also have a Dazzleglow that has factory curl in only the blue part of her tail - I think she's just an oddity but if anyone else has one like her feel free to speak up!

and yes that's factory curl but she has no curls in her mane and it is just the blue of her tail

Also does anyone know if the Blue Heart Dazzleglow has an opaque version? I have a translucent one.

Starglow comes in two shades - -one more translucent than the other. The Opaque one looks greener than the more translucent one. I've also heard she has a hair variation with coral instead of pink stripes - I need a picture of the coral one.

I'm not sure if Brightglow and Happyglow also had the variation with more translucent and opaque colors that the other two have I would love to know!

While I don't have it listed on the Page yet I know this set was called Glowing Magic Ponies in the UK.

So any info that I missed - or oddities that people have.

picture donations always appreciated and credited.

I need to go check but we have one who has two colors, we thought maybe one was faded but I see now it might be what you are talking about.  *goes off to ransack childs room*

I loooove GnS ponies :lovey: I have Dazzleglow (though she has frizzy hair) and I'm due to get Happy Glow any day now :)

Brightglow comes with a light bright green butterfly brush (US) and a light bright green moon comb (UK). And I believe UK backcards have a different backcard story for each pony, US ones have the same for all of them.

These ponies were in one of the Tales episodes, weren't they?

There are a couple of versions of Dazzle - different hair colours - aqua and a more blue colour :)

I've done some updates - got my camera working and took some comparison photos for you all to plot over. Keep the info coming. Lets delve deeper into the Wonderful World of Glow 'n Show or if you prefer Glowing Magic Ponies!

I have a Star Glow. She was one of two ponies I had as a child. The one I have right now is definitely the opaque version but I think my childhood one might have been translucent.

Lovely ponies everyone!
I'm trying to break myself of the habit of hoarding these girls when I get them in awesome shape as each one I've come across is slightly different in some way, same with the sparkles... I finally managed put a nice one up for adoption  :blush:

Oh- OP a good friend who collects who adores the sparkles/GNS's has many moc, both US/UK cards. I did notice that some of the glow n shows that parts of the hair, or all the hair is curly. Based on the backcard art I don't think it was intentional.

Ohhh that is my favorite thing about GnS ponies, besides the fact that they glow in the dark. Each one has a different combination and a lot of them are just too cute! My Star Glow has a cluster of shapes around her forehead and muzzle, and I like to think of it as a blaze.
