What happened to Baby Ember?

Hi,

I was thinking it would have been nice to know what happeend to Baby Ember.  What her symbol turned out to be, her speical talent, etc..  Does anyone else wonder what happened to Baby Ember?

That's Ember? I have her too, I thought her name was something else... Forgot what, but I didn't think it was Ember.

There are four versions of Ember, three were mail orders (all blue, purple/pink, pink/purple) and one was a tape cassette / storybook combo, where she's lavender with a single white star symbol.  Technically you could argue that all four are separate ponies, or maybe her talent is color changing?

Assuming she didn't get the white star Cutie Mark... are there any adult ponies in her colors that could be possibilities of her growing up, getting a different Cutie Mark and changing her name? 

It could be fun to see what options there are of who could secretly have been Ember?!

I've always felt kinda bad for Baby Ember!  She always looks so naked to me since I don't own the one with the white star.  Even then....a white star....really?  It's so generic!

I have yet to find one that is nice looking, most of them are kind of weird colored looking.

ThisCrispyCat on deviantart once posted a pic depicting alicorn Ember, which featured a really nice backstory (this was also long before... well... all the stuff she's into now). You can find it when you type in "my little pony ember" into deviantart's search bar.

Yeah, it's kinda sad that Ember's the only one G1 pony without a cutie mark, especially that in G1 every baby pony, even the newborn ones(!) had a cutie mark. 

I always thought it'd be really cool, if the "My Little Pony: The Movie" focus on Ember instead of Baby Lickety. No offense, I like Baby Lickety Split. I only think that focusing on Ember would've made much more sense. Maybe they could have a side story where Ember gets her cutie mark.

I always remembered from my childhood that Ember got her mark during the events of Rescue at Midnight Castle. I was surprised when I first rewatched it again a couple years ago and it didn't happen.

One of the UK Newborn babies which came through the UK Fan Club didnt have a symbol either. So Baby Ember was not alone.

There was a similar thread recently and someone posted that her special skill was perhaps daydreaming - I liked that

I think it would have been nice to see a grown-up version of her too. Isn't there a purple Happy Tails pony that is purple with pink hair? I like the idea of day-dreaming being her special talent too, but I do wish they would have said what happened to her though even if she showed up or was mentioned in FIM.
