Hi there all,
This Wip thread is for Pandabear_chan so she can watch the progression of her commission.
Hope ya'll enjoy.

Starting out we have the bait all prepped and re-haired thanks to Woosie. The 3D symbols' been removed. I know it looks ugly but we'll take care of that with a new 3D symbol. Sorry for the orange cast light.

Here we are after two nights of sculpting. I wish I could do more... But I only get an hour or two a night for horsin' around.  Please refer to "Maire Antoinette's" WIP thread for the reason why.

Here we are at the end of the third sitting. I'll tell you one thing... never having sculpted ice scoops before, I'm learning some great new tricks! This is actually kinda fun.
And I'm hearing all kinds of fireworks in the distance. I'm guessing the Ravens won. My father in-law is gonna be a spaz tomorrow. Maybe I can get him to take us out to Cheesecake factory for some lip smackin red-velvet cheesecake. You know to "celebrate". Ah redvelvet... We both share that weakness.

Making progress! I have to admit this custom is a much needed breath of fresh. Not cause of the theme, but for the simplicity. This is way less stressful than sculpting clothing. It's almost relaxing.
So as you see the treats on this side are just about done. just some little details left. straw cracker, whip cream ect. the wing there was completely the commissioner's suggestion. mad cute right?!

So here we are after the 5th and 6th sitting. Huge thanks to my husband for watching the baby in the evening and letting me work on this.
As far as I know, the sculpting is done. I say "as far as I know" cause you always spot something that you forgot to do.
What do ya'll think of the character ice cream? I thought it would be a cute surprise to have it hidden on the non-display side.
... and there's now a baby in my office. gotta go!

I started painting a good bit ago but the baby got sick and I haven't been able to up date. So here you see the 7th and 8th sitting.
I always start out very sloppy when painting. cause Fs, I don't give them. Plus I know I can clean things up after. except with certain colors. some blues and pinks stain.
also ,in between sculpting periods I was able to play around and made a couple pendants and a ring. All three are polymer clay and resin. I'm thinking of putting them up in mah Etsy shop. What do you think?

And she is complete. I'll have her in the mail by saturday. I'll shoot for today but it will certainly be in on Saturday. I just wanna do on more photo shoot outside for my own personal record.
I don't have anything to really say about the finishing lap. What you see is what she is. therefore, Taa Daa!
