So I went to work today at the Walmart and scoped out the MH section as always, no Catrine. But on my lunch break I grabbed a DC Operetta and her 2 pack fashion pack. I almost got Ghoulia's fashion pack instead, but I just wanted her earrings. So I passed on it. They had all a huge amount of the fashion packs though, singles and double packs. I was tempted not to get the doll and just get fashions, but I am trying to hold out for my tax return to go crazy lol.
On a side note, I was doing my job as a cashier and a couple came through the line and the lady had a huge box of MH in her cart from site to store. I asked if they were MH and the husband smiled and said yes, the wife said she bought them online because they were on sale. I nodded and said, yea they were a great price. Then they left... made me wonder if they were scalpers or the wife was a collector.

 :shocked: so my Operetta has a gash in her thigh, looks like where the leg was detatched from the machine that makes the leg or something. I wrote Mattel, hoping they can do something. The store only had 2 of her and I picked the prettiest one, the other one just didn't have a pretty face. Poor girl, she's gonna have a hard time dancing.

It made me laugh because it's not Disney-related. It's nothing big, but it was just interesting to see.

I noticed this kind of thing too when I deboxed some of my GR ghouls.  Except it was pictures of Barbie dolls on them rather than Disney stuff.  Mattel recycling apparently.

I had a piece of packaging from a G4 pony holding in one of my dolls once, made me giggle.

I haven't been able to check my Walmart the last two days. I've been pretty sick. I know this is irrational, but I have this tiny bit f fear in my head if I do not check she will show up. Then I just won't have her. -_-

She has shown up in my redneck hoosier town of Union, MO, so she'll be showing up everywhere soon and be plentiful. :D   I know it's hard to be patient.

Worcester had Catrine! I stopped by on a whim and they had her!  Hooray! There were only two left, so she must have been out for a while. I am guess that more will show up tomorrow morning, since all the WalMarts around here seem to restock on Friday nights. I can't wait to read her journal-thing.

I knew I should have gone out yesterday! I bet because I didn't I missed out at my Walmart in MA...I was driving my husband's truck yesterday, though, and knew I'd never be able to park it at my Walmart. Not enough parking spaces in that plaza....and it's tight parking...
