G3 Snowy Owl Pegasus- private swap with Saja

Woohoo, she's arrived at her new home finally! I always get so nervous shipping international, the first package I ever, ever sent abroad got lost and was never seen from again T-T But she made it, she really did ;u;

She started out as a G3 Sew-and-Sew, slightly reposed, given sculpted feathered hooves and wings with Sculpey (holy CRAP those wings were hard; next time I'm doing wings like that I'm finding wire mesh instead of my little 26g jewelry wire xD), FBR'ed with Apple Barrel acrylics, and finally the black spots I used an Elmer's paint pen c: She's DEFINITELY got her flaws but I'm pretty proud of her since she's the first pony I've sculpted on ^^ Now to improve my methods!

..s-she's the first pony you sculpted on? :faint: (Shall I just hide my first attempts and never let anyone look at them ever again? :mrgreen: )

What I love most about her, though, is the paint job. I love how the yellow eyes stand out against the black and white, just like those of real snowy owls, and the black muzzle and the pattern on her forehead are beautiful. Saja is such a lucky pony!

She is AMAZINGGGG, And in real life so much prettier than in the pics! Thanks again for swapping with me. And flaws! What flaws. I cant find a single one!! Dont be so hard on yourself, this is a really amazing custom, and I cant beleive its your first sculpting one!! Awesome. SO glad I own her!!
