Is your "better half" a collector too?

My boyfriend collects Transformers mainly the toys,  no merch, as well as anime box sets and Criterion movies. His brother collects Hot Wheels, Nascar's Jeff Gordon merch and game consoles. My collection is tiny (I collect G4 and a few of my fave G3 and G1) compared to their collections all their 4 bedroom walls are almost covered by their stuff lol.

My boyfriend collects Coca-Cola merch, Star Wars and shot glasses. He's very picky about the condition of his Coke and Star Wars purchases too. As far as the shot glasses goes, he buys one every time we go somewhere. It's his souvenir of choice. lol

Yes. He collects Transformers, dolls, robots, pumpkins, some ponies, poisons,  and body parts.

I actually quit collecting ponies but my boyfriends' mom got me a nightmare moon pony for christmas and it's making me want to start again. But I actually collect unicorns. My boyfriend collects anything and everything coheed and cambria; a rock band. He was very excited when I got him a vinyl signed by all the band members. He has virtually everything I can think of relating to the band. When I can't find anymore of their merch to get for him, it'll make birthdays and christmas.

My bf's the reason I started collecting again because he was so open and supportive!  He collects Warhammer and Anime figures, and Legos (mostly Starwars and City sets).

My bf doesn't really collect anything (yet, as he would like to collect guitars and music albums of his/our favorite bands), but he understands that my ponies make me happy and finds this habit of mine cute ! I don't have a lot of them yet and he already thinks it's too much haha ! xD I don't think he will ever buy me a pony EVER, but I'm cool with that - it just isn't this thing.

Hubby has a few ponies of his own. Mostly he collects video games.
We're both avid readers, and could easily fill a library of our own (we have 2 shelves....and 3 tubs full).

My husband collects dragons, knives, swords as well as the Lego mini figures (monsters only) and has some really nice air soft guns. He does use the guns him and the kids go to a place out in the country every so often (when we can afford it) and they play airsoft with a about 100 people in a mock scenario setting. I went once and observed, it was really cool and a very active sport. He has a plush of all of the Disney dragons, I helped him find Figment and Maleficent.
He used to have a massive comic book collection, but he sold it a long while back when we needed money. But in the last year the guy gave us a huge comic collection because he was trying to downsize his collections.
When I moved here 10 years ago I sold most of my ponies so we could pay bills, he's been very supportive in my collecting as he felt bad I had to sell my ponies. We hope to one day have a house where we can display all of our collections together. As of right now all of my collections are in tubs and the dragons are on a shelf in the bed room. His dragons don't take much space, but my dolls would take up more space. We live with his parents and there isn't alot of room.
He also seems to collect comic books and has a really nice WW2 pins and books and a tactical map from his grandfather. It's really neat to look at, I want to eventually figure out how to frame it and preserver all of it.
Oh and he collects books! Boy does he collect books, any sort of fantasy/dungeons and dragons style book he will snatch up from a thrift store if he doesn't have it.

My boyfriend (potentially ex soon.....) collects anime and video games. His anime collection is insanely huge. I used to collect anime as well and also have a huge collection (around 900 DVDs). However, he killed this passion for me. Long story. :/  Not sure where this is going. Had a serious talk about making things better again and he agreed. But now he's been ignoring me all week and not calling. I guess I scared him.
