New Funko Fluttershy & Dr. Whooves (protos) (share/brag)

I am so thrilled about these guys-

I wanted to share since these aren't out yet and I'm probably not the only one who was curious about the details (shape/base-color).  What I can tell you is they are nice and heavy just like the last set- but the finish is smoother (sounds like the second release of RD & D were smoother too?)

I can't wait to get the finished set from Hot Topic...

Wow. Fluttershy's hair is REALLY pink!

I am noticing that the pink that is showing up above is darker than the actual pony- sorry.  The pic was taken with an iphone, inside- and it is a dark and overcast day (typical for Seattle).  If it ever gets sunny or I find some proper lighting I'll take some better pics

The actual color does look more similar to the Hot Topic post- but maybe a tad darker.

They are not nearly as shiney as the Hot Topic post seemed to suggest- so I am quite relieved.

It was pure luck that I got them, (they were offered to me)  but I am hoping for future scores so I don't want to give it away

Thanks!  I'll admit I really want those jolly-rancher clear ones-  and am worried I won't get them. 

I am also concerned about the packaging- since there is a blind bag aspect to it- how will that translate?  The RD & D packaging was really nice...

do you have the "design a pony" , how do these compare to them ?? would love to see pics if you do

Oh good idea- I'll take a pic when I get home.  I seem to recall that the Design a pony is a little taller- much lighter.

I like Funko's mold for Fluttershy  better (at least the face)
