Stomper's Mini-Giveaway! (January 13 - 19.) WINNER!

Hello MLP Arena community!

For the next handful of weeks, I am going to host mini-giveaways!

Partly in celebration for the Arena's 10 Anniversary Year, and also because I want to spread the pony happiness to our community.

These are ponies from my modest collection that need someone else to love them just a little more than I do. Some of need someone to give them an extra loving touch of restoration! Perhaps some are looking at someone to make them into something new altogether. Or maybe you can use them for throwing at those especially annoying people in your life.*

(*Note, that previous sentence is just for the humor. I do not advocate pony-related violence.)

They are in various states of repair, ranging from excellent (nearly mint out of the box) to custom bait. Not so bad as "run away screaming" however! However, there might be an occasional "diamond in the rough" show up! You never know.

I will use random.org to determine the winner at the end of the week. Saturday, January 19, at approximately 7pm (MST).

I'll have different themes for each mini-giveaway and this week's theme is New Year's Resolutions. Enter by telling me a New Year's resolution. It doesn't have to be one you are doing (although it can be). Just tell me one in general. Maybe I'll think it's awesome and do it myself. (For a few weeks, anyway, as I'm no good at keeping them for long! )

Rosedust is in fair condition. Hair still has some pink in it, and I believe the curl might be factory. No wings, sadly, and a few white marks on her that aren't too glaring.

Twinkler is in a bait condition. No tail, and her washer is loose. Some stray paint marks on the outside. She could be restored in the right hands, or customized, or even used as a door stop if properly weighted. Whatever would float your boat.

SLH Rarity is in excellent condition. She still looks like she's just fresh out of the box.

Posey is in a bait condition. Her hair is still pink, but her head is loose and it looks like it was cut off a bit roughly rather than pried off. The flowers are faded. She's in my favorite pose, so if she's never chosen, I might make a strolling Sunflower out of her. However, I think she could also be restored or perhaps used as snowball-throwing target practice if you're into that kind of thing!

Minty V is in fair condition, and could go into a non-picky collector's collection. Or into someone's Minty Army! (She could be one of the lowly dregs on kitchen patrol in that army.) The hair is still pink and in decent shape. However, upon close inspection she has stray pen marks on her neck, face and legs. Both sides. I haven't tried washing them off or sunfading them, so if someone is up for a restoration project, she's your girl!

My New Year's resolutions are to really clean house and get it more organized, and also to get my butt back into my size 10 trousers.  (I'm sitting at a 12 at the moment, grumble.)  I like my sweets too much, I'm afraid.

1. give up smoking
2. give up vegetables

and considering I don't EVER go near the two listed items I think I have a good chance of keeping the resolution for the 11th year running.

My new year's resolution is to take off the weight I put back on after my aunt and uncle's deaths in August, and to just try to be more positive about life. Positive thoughts bring positive things.
