Author Topic: Anyone know who made these customs? Pic Heavy (Read 1594 times)

These girls were up on ebay being sold by Goodwill. I ended up winning them, and hoped once I got them, they'd have a signature on them. Nope. Nothing at all for me to identify them with.

I've tried several internet searches and have turned up nothing. I'm hoping someone here will recognize them so I can know who made them. They look like they had a rough time, they where all a bit dirty, and will need some touchups. Thankfully, they were sealed with a waterproof sealant, so I was able to remove a lot of the dirt with a baby wipe. I'm going to do my best to touch them up.

These two are basically just prepped baits, but I thought maybe someone would recognize the eye style?

oh wow, those are quite beautiful customs! It's so sad to know they were all dirty and being sold off on Goodwill :c

The second one looks so familiar, but I'm not sure from where. And wow, that fourth one has some amazing detail.

Sorry I can't be of any help, good luck in finding the original artist! It's such a shame when beautiful customs end up in Goodwill.

Well they don't look in too bad of shape to have been tossed into a Goodwill box! I hope you can find out who the artist is.

I spent the better part of an hour searching for that Sally custom. I saw a couple that look similar, but the the same one. Can't find her anywhere under any of the normal keywords.

Could they have been donated by someone who dabbled in customization but lost interest? Maybe even someone who had participated in custom swaps but got overwhelmed and fell through? That might explain why they ended up on Goodwill instead of on here since people who flake out like that are usually banninated.

Not that I know of. Whoever did the peppermint pony did a wonderful job of lining up the hair just right to get the swirls in the buns, though!

I know Unicornucopia made some painting inspired ponies, but can't recall if she made a Salvidor Dali pony or not.

I haven't seen her post anything, so I don't think she's an active member on the new arena to confirm that.

Edit: I'm not finding any of her adult-sized painting-inspired customs on her photobucket.

Sorry. Maybe Pop-girl is still in contact with her?

Unicornucopia was banned about two years ago I believe for shill bidding.
