Price check: Alt birthflower November, quite bad condition

Hi there nirvana experts! I have this lovely alternate birthflower pony, November - Chrysanthemum, who is in a pretty bad condition... I'm not good at restoration so I'd happily see someone else giving her a better life. What would be a reasonable price for her? Her hair is cut and she has quite a lot of clutter on her NDS. Looks like marker stains. No fading in her symbols or eyes. I haven't opened her up, but she doesn't seem to have tail rust.

I'd say $80-120. I paid about $100 for one with just slightly more hair.
