Wow, Cadence - you got a Big Sigs cookie!

Seriously, though... I think I'll try the recipe on their website first before I buy any of these cookie cutters (I'm also eyeing the Mario Bros. themed ones for my DS - he's keen to eat goombas!).  The recipe has Greek yoghurt in, first sugar cookie recipe I've seen that calls for that, and is supposed to keep its shape rather better than the usual blobby cookies I've known and loved as a child. :P  Will keep everypony posted on the results - I need something to keep my son occupied while we're semi-snowed in!
Haha yes I do! XD *shares cookie*  :cookie:

Yumm cookies with Greek yogurt in them? Sounds good! Do keep us posted on both the recipe and the cookie cutters! :)

I made these Cabbage Patch cookies years ago, and I stamped the cookie (the black outline) before I baked it.  No blobby cookies!!  When I tried a different recipe, I didn't have as much success.  I'll have to see if I can dig up the recipe I used.

Yeah really depends on the recipe, and ingredients.  Butter based cookies will spread more then other fats.

Little baker me just had to find these when I'm broke ...

Hehe, even if they lose definition when baked, at $5 a pop they're still good money! I might buy a few in as gift-y things for using through the year.

Oh man and the seller has sloth cookie cutters too!  So rad. :3  You could also make short bread ponies too, short bread is good at holding form. Mmmm Though I'm super curious to try her recipes.

OK. I found the recipe I used:
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
3 tsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Mix wet ingredients.  Add dry ingredients.  Refrigerate dough for 2 hours.  Roll and cut out cookies.  Bake 400 F for 5-9 mins.

To get "perfect" cookies, I actually froze the already cut-out cookies on the cookie sheet before I put it in the oven (just froze it for like 10 minutes).
