this is the howleen turned fox custom i've been working on for the last few months. taken forever cuz i kept running out of hair. xp

so happy she's finally done.
she was rehaired with virgin snow dollyhair. gradient dyed orange. i ran out 11 plugs from the end so she had a little golden delicious gradient dyed orange in there as well. xD.
how i dyed it

i cut all the hair to the length i wanted and left everything in a loop. i then dipped the loop end into the dye and let it get absorbed upwards. fun variation in the colors themselves. very pleased with how it turned out.

painted he face and arms with acrylic then sealed.
her clothes are a bratzilla skirt (unaltered) and britney spears doll bra. i wrapped it around to get the crisscross effect. altering would have lost that. (beyond my still)
black bracelet is from the werecat sisters. the gautlet is howleen's from the sister set. repainted with acrylic and sealed. (primed first) the shoes are howleen's dance class shoes. again repainted with acrylics and sealed. the choker and arm band are bratz. painted and seal.

i like how they turned out.
what i'm looking for advice about is. do you think i should repaint the lips too.
love the eye makeup so that got left. but i already took off her nose and "stitches"

what do you think? should i repaint the lips or not?

I think the lips actually go well with the repaint, but if you were to repaint, I would vote for a purple to contrast the green of her eyes.

I would second a purple, or even a blue, to compliment her eyeshadow. But with the new colors for her, I think her orange hair does not match her face as well. Would you replace the orange in her hair too? I think it would look beautiful with a vibrant purple or blue. With the hair redone, I don't think the lips would need to be redone at all

@Icecrystalline- is baby pink a much softer shade? i know i was considering that. a much more natural look

@amylynnamylynn- i like the idea of contrasting the green with purple, but do you think there would be too many colors on her face then?

@Maniah- well i chose green, cuz green and orange are one of my favorite combo colors. so i'd probably take the makeup off before i rehaired her. but it is a really interesting idea.

Those eyes are fantastic! I have no idea what color you should repaint the lips but I bet you'll do a great job!

Do you do costom paint jobs for others? Im really impressed with the eyes, lips and wow, great job its super preeeetttttyyyy. I would so pay big for a draculogan, scarah screams, melody ect..
