Where to find custom made doll wings?

I have a doll idea that I am gathering stuff to eventually make, and I will need a pair of custom made feathered wings. I have been googling and checking etsy. There are two people that I have contacted but they never replied to me.

Does anyone know of someone who is making feathered wings in doll size who is actively working on them or taking commissions? I just want them to look really nice, so I have been a bit particular about who I have contacted.

Rayedelsol made some really amazing wings with feathers for her phoenix custom, I don't remember exactly how she went about making them but you could send her a PM and ask her

I used the wings from Plastic-Curves, and had them sent to me as translucent. I then watered down the red paint I had been using, and painted them to give them the color I wanted and still be slightly translucent. I then took hot glue and glued on the feathers I wanted from the front. I didn't want really long feathers, but the process would work for longer feathers. I just took the little tiny fluff in the bag and glued it on top of the feather base, so you can't really see where the feathers attach.

If you like this method, and need to see more pictures, I have a set of wings I might be doing angel-style later on, I can take photos as I go??

I have no idea if they can be scaled down to fit a MH doll. The ones pictured are for a 70cm doll. But they are exactly the look I crave.

But with a color scheme similar to this (reversed with black on the tips)

I have emailed the creator of these wings, but they have not replied to me I also contacted an Etsy wing maker on her etsy and devant art accounts and got no reply either. The quality is more important to me than the price, so even though these are expensive, they are just what I want.

Raye, your wings look very nice, but I am just looking for something a little more along the lines of the above images.

check ebay.  There are a few different dall wing makers and if I remember right, one of them makes feathered wings as well.

There is this seller on etsy who makes custom wings, they're using a different type of feather though, but maybe you can arrange a custom with different feathers?

I also did an ebay search for 'Christmas tree angel feathers' and got a lot of this sort of thing:

Who is the seller on Etsy? I have contacted one, but she hasn't had any product listed in a while. And I have seen those ornaments at Michaels.. and they just don't work. They aren't well shaped and look very cheap.  Again, apologies for being so specific and picky. I would rather keep looking to find what I want, than to buy something too soon.
