New Zealand ponycon?

Do we have one? Not a FIM one but one similar to the uk ponycon? I think I remember someone saying something about there being a small one in Auckland? Or am I mistaken?
If there isn't do the pony people in Christchurch do anything together?

We certainly have a lot of NZ members, I hope someone can point you in the right direction or is able to organise a Christchurch meet up

yer we had one in auckland in 2011, not many peeps turned up but there seems to be more pony peeps in chch.......................now iv left chch. i am pretty sure there will be some interest, if not try asking again in a couple of weeks as there are alot on the xmas/summer holidays right now im hoping to make it down there next year, it would be awesome to try and make it on what ever date is decided.

I believe the first one was in Wellington in 2010, there were only about 5 of us there that day. Had a blast though, the following year was Auckland & dont think there was anything planned this year. We are all kind of spread out a bit, I'm in Taranaki.

It would be so much fun to have a meet up at some stage; I was just starting out with my collecting at the time of the last meet, so missed it. It is such a pity we are so spread out, it does make it a bit tricky for meets

It really does suck that we're so spread out T.T People could always plan little meets or go for coffee in their respective towns?

The sucky thing about being spread is that the internal flights are pricey unless you live in the big cities. If someone is considering hosting one, Easter is generally a good time of year, or a long weekend like Queens Birthday etc
