How do you decide?

Long story short, I may be getting a plushie. But I don't know which pony to choose!  I've never really had a favorite pony other than Minty, but I already have plenty of plushes of her. 

I've generally narrowed it down to getting a FiM mane cast character, but still, I'm completely lost. I've never had a favorite character. How do you decide when you have to choose between ponies? I also thought this would make a pretty interesting discussion.

I have a couple of methods for making decisions like that. I write down my choices, then either draw one at random out of a jar, or assign each one a number and toss my lucky d-20 to pick a winner.

My decision process:

Step one: RARITY

Step two: Would I be happy to have TWO Raritys?

Step three: Twilight Sparkle. UNICORN CLUB!

But sometimes I just *feel* another pony, and if that happens, I roll with my gut. I also love Fluttershy a lot, and Applejack and Pinkie and... I mean, there are no bad ponies, man.

Hmmm...its a tough one if you dont have an out and out favourite. So perhaps watch a few episodes and see whose character you enjoy above the others?

i dont  really have a favorite myself.. lol so i knwo the feeling. which is  why i often get  plushies of my OC lol but latley i've really  been liking  fluttershy.  so maybe just  thinka bout it a bit. what color scheme do you like?

Well, the plush I may be getting is pretty pricey!  This'll probably the only one I get.

Applejack and Fluttershy are my two fave ponies, but since a Fluttershy that came up for auction that I absolutely fell in love with came up 1st, I let that be the deciding factor at the time.

To me, I get the characters I like but don't get enough attention in the series (fanbase ignored).

Which came to my dilema at Target. I wanted to get a Fashion Style Rarity just because I heard it was rare...which wasn't anymore. Then I was thinking of getting her anyway...since the Fashion Style suited her the most. Then there was Princess Luna...at a glance she looked beautiful in her own way. Rarity get's enough attention since she is a main character, yet her style seemed TOO glamorous. So...Luna was the one I got. She was beautiful, and to me, girls didn't notice her that much. I just got Luna not because of collecting, but just for my own. I'm so glad I got Luna...I would have probably hated Rarity! My Fashion Style Princess Luna is my guilt toy. She has a little chip on her wing, but I still love her just like a toy and not a collector's item.

(don't get me started on how picky I am on flaws on blind bags )
