Is good condition Majesty HTF?

I agree with Majesty never being a pure white.

I have three, and even if they are white, compared to a true white (Glory, Magic Hat, for example), the color seems creamy.

If you don't compare it to other white ponies, it's not noticeable, bu next to one, it really shouts not white.

Last year a bought a lot from a local seller. A Dream Castle and some other playsets with a bunch of ponies in it. All the ponies were in a great shape (minus the tangled hair) but Majesty was just awful! Her symbols are perfect! Very blue, no rubbing, and her hair is silky and uncut, but her body is very off white and plagued with cancer! This just shows me that she is very prone to degradation no matter what someone does with her poor girl.

Yikes... such a shame that a pony I want more than many others has to be in such bad condition all the time.
Does anyone know if the mail order version keeps her white body better than the Dream Castle playset version?

Not having mine at hand (hello, need a lightbulb...), I think the MO is a little more white than my normal releases.

I've never owned a regular issue Majesty that's stark white, but have a few that are unyellowed without glitter rust. They're a touch on the creamy white side in NM condition. Oh, The payset ponies could have nicer hair, or strange pitch straight hair that's jagged at the ends... Looks as though when I choose which of my Majesty ponies to keep it shouldn't be difficult to sell what's left! I didn't realize she's normally in such poor condition!

Oddly enough I've never had any trouble finding nice Majesties.  I'm not sure she was "stark white" to start off with, but both of mine seem comparable to Gusty, Surprise, other early white ponies.

The one I have doesn't have any issues. She's pretty darn minty. I've seen some pretty nice Majestys online, too. She seems to be just as easy/difficult to find minty compared to other ponies though. But I can't find a nice so soft for the life of me, so I guess it's relative.

No...no difference that I have noticed over the years to be honest but then again any difference could be explained by the fact the MO is a few years newer in manufacture than the playset versions I guess.

close to horn=MO; eyes really are purple, but fade to blue over time.

Hmm, i have to dig my Majesty and see what condition she is in.
I do remember she was in a nice condition when i bought her, but thats over ten years ago..
