Show me your custom shoes :)

I'm thinking about purchasing some custom MH shoes However I don't want ones that are going to crack, fall apart, or need heating before putting them on, or that may leave marks...or am I being too fussy and do all custom shoes have these drawbacks?

Please can you show me your MH custom shoes and also let me know where they came from please?

Mine don't need heating, but cracking with resin isn't uncommon it isn't flexible.  Though I haven't had a crack yet I imagine it will eventually happen.  Anything handmade is going to have some issues one way or another.

i have about 4 pairs of custom shoes, from 3 different sellers (one being mermaid   ) and they are all rigid, and prone to cracking. i have yet to find custom shoes (that aren't cloth) which have the same easy functionality as the ones Mattel makes. Its just how the materials that creators have available function.
But there are some really amazing custom shoes out there (most are resin) and none of mine have stained my dolls. you just have to be particularly careful when putting them on/taking them off

I don't have any Mermaid shoes - I wish I did, they are indeed drool-worthy ! - but my big birthday gift this summer was four pair from Etsy's JemGirl Creations. She tossed in the white pair (back right) as a free gift, since there's a nearly invisible pink line on them.

I have thoroughly enjoyed them, they are gorgeous ! And since I'm fairly familiar with resin shoes, I'm saving up for some candy-corn colored delights from our very own Mermaid_Splash !

I love having original shoes, they're like miniature works of art I can play with !

I bought this pair from Dollicious Customs on easy and I LOVE them.  She has some awesome molds and I've had no problem with them

The one thing that bugs me about resin shoes is that it is near impossible to have tights on your dolls.  The resin has no give at all, so leggings it is!

One thing I do is put a sticker on the bottom of the right shoe to help make sure you don't force the wrong shoe on the wrong foot.  That will make a resin shoe crack

Heavens above, those are magnificent ! I've seen hers before, too, and even when I'm not a particular fan of a shoe style, hers are still glorious !

I keep forgetting tights and hosiery, which is probably the sole reason haven't broken a shoe yet. 

Save me a pair of candy-corn shoes, would ya ? And I think the sticker idea is pure genius. You certainly take good care of your customers !

coinopgirl im with you, so far iv bought these from mermaid and venus snatched them up right away, i think they are perfect for her color haha. (ignore the dress its a work in progress but it went with the shoes xD)
