ECRATER Stores - Is there an inbox somewhere?

I notice that when a buyer contacts me it goes to my email. But it looks like it's being forwarded from the Ecrater mailing system (title says "Ecrater" and there is a header that indicates person isn't emailing me directly).

Does anyone know how these people are contacting me and how I can reply? I know I can email them back but it would be nice to talk through the Ecrater mailing system. I can't see any "Ecrater" inbox and no alerts that I have received a message on the Ecrater homepage.

As far as I know, there is no ecrater mailing system. Buyers fill out a form from the ecrater website which gets sent directly to you.

No, they wouldn't (until you reply to them that is)

That makes sense because of spam bots :-) I guess I'll just have to keep a close watch on my email. I'll have to make an Ecrater folder since I noticed I was missing emails.

Btw: Ecrater is alright. Selling is very slow but it's 100% free! So you can charge less for items on that site than you would on Ebay. Also, they have an Ebay import for easy listing (so you don't have to copy and paste auction after auction).
