A little boys special request! Please Help!

A 9-year old boy with Cystic Fibrosis is asking for people to send him Christmas cards; all is asked is to put your name, your city, and state (if your from the United States) or country  (if your outside the States) inside the card so he can see where it was sent from, and to see how far his message was sent. So please can we all send him one!
