It's something I've been thinking about. Bring some camera gear, my printer, and my notebook. Do pictures, some 10-15 minute post on peoples shots, and get them prints, then and there. I figure some people have customs they really dig and would like some nice pictures and prints of them. I'd probably be thinking $7 for a shot without a print, $10 for an 8x10, and $12 for an 8x10 mounted to foamcore. Maybe offer to cut mats for people so all they'd have to do is get a 10x12 frame and pop it in. Does that sound about right, or would you be expecting to pay less?

Would anyone here who's going be into that, you think it could fly?

You do such quality pics I think that it would be pretty successful.

I think I've convinced my husband to take me to the Pony Fair this year (though he doesn't want me to get a booth to sell since it's my first time going lol).  I'd totally want to bring a custom with me to get it all nicely photographed so I can get it framed on my wall!  I'd want it all done up all fancy with all the bells and whisles you probably would offer!

Pony Glamour Shots!  Very cool idea. I wouldn't have anything to make use of the service, but it would be great fun to see the results of those who do!

I think it's an awesome idea! Maybe 7 USD is a bit pricey though.

I think it's an awesome idea, but I'd also open it up to photographing cosplayers in their costumes. I've paid about that or more to get a nice photo of me in my costume at other cons. I'm hoping to have my Rainbow Dash costume done by the fair.

I like this idea. The times I've done costumes at events I often don't get any pictures myself (because I never think to ask someone to take my picture.)

If I was going I'd definitely get one of your photos. Your prices are very reasonable.

That would be a much different operation! Though it is a good idea, I'd have to figure out if I could fenagle the room for a backdrop. Sounds like I should ask a fair organizer about this.

I think this is a really good idea.  There are a lot of people (like me) who don't have the skills or equipment to get great shots of their customs and favorite ponies.

Honestly I'd expect to pay a great deal more for that kind of thing. If you can deal with the traffic that you'd probably end up getting I'd say go for it!
