Retrodoll has lovely customer service

I just wanted to say I was so incredibly pleased with the customer service. I've sent a few questions and had them answered quickly. I placed my first order a couple weeks ago, but when it didn't show up after a bit I was concerned. I sent a pm and Enchantress was so kind and quickly shipped my order. There was even another hank of hair in there that I'm excited to try out. How kind! I'll definitely be placing a large order after Christmas. ^.^

I am happy to hear they made it right :)  I like to buy from places that are nice to work with :)  I might have to check that out sometime!

That's so nice!

I've had nothing but great experience with RetroDolls. (pre-orders, Enchantress got back to me quickly to answer questions and even did a follow up when the color came back in stock, orders are shipped quickly, the refund for 10 hanks ordered is great, and Enchantress even combined shipping on orders for me and refunded me the difference) And I'm loving all the new colors.

Add onto that, that I've been waiting just shy of a month for an order from DollyHair, and got no response to my email inquiring if it had even been shipped; that I'm fairly certain all my hair needs will be filled by RetroDolls from now on.

I agree! I placed an order and when it hadn't come after a couple weeks I asked Enchantress about it, got a quick response, and she shipped me another package pronto. She was very nice about it (and if the first package ever shows up I get to keep it, which is a bonus :P ) and communication was great!

Enchantress is awesome to work with <3 I love Retrodolls mucho much.

we had a crazy ordeal this last month where my package went missing (it's still missing @_@) after several weeks I wasn't sure what was going on and asked her about it. She let me know several others had gone missing as well and replaced the package for me. crazy part was, THAT package went missing too! I was freakin at that point, I'd been waiting over a month for hair I needed like a month ago @_@ Of course that was not enchantress's fault at all, there was something going wrong with the postal service. We figured out that the packages that had gone missing and never showed up to people were the ones that were processed through the cleveland post office after leaving her area. I filed a case with USPS and had to yell at them several times, but they finally found the package and got it delivered to me nearly a week after it was supposed to be here.

So yeah, not happy with USPS, but I LOVE Enchantress :3

I think Retrodolls is going to be my new main hair supplier, unless I absolutely have to have a color of hair they don't have or I need one that is for a restore that I have to have a perfect match for :)

I haven't had a chance to play with my new hair yet, but I'm totally excited :3

Hey guys- I didn't know this was up, but thank-you for all the kind words! Yes- a message about the posting- I don't know what the heck is up with the postage system lately, but it is certainly VERY frustrating! Several orders sent out went missing- and then others are just taking forever to arrive- I've been making sure to get tracking on them all since this started- but even the tracking numbers will show up that the order was received processed and sent out, and then it just sits somewhere at a post office and doesn't show any updates. grrr. So needless to say they've been getting opened cases from me and calls every single day (I'm pretty sure they have a strong disliking towards me now, lol). Not sure if anyone else is having postal issues? I know I've ordered several dolls to customize from ebay and it's been 2 months and no packages, from 4 different places. :/ I'm still waiting on a pre-order package from the UK that I placed in October and I know Mel got it out the day after I paid. So please, if anyone has placed an order with me and you have not received it, let me know and I can refund you or get you a replacement package out ASAP. If only paypal would allow us to process shipment through Fed-Ex, I'd switch to them in a heartbeat.

How is UPS in comparison? I know you can use them with Paypal.

How is UPS in comparison? I know you can use them with Paypal.
I'll have to check that out, as this is getting to be ridiculous. I think the prices are a bit higher, but if they get to where they're going faster, it's worth it.

agreed! I just want to make sure my customers get their items in a timely fashion- I know I hate waiting on my stuff (still ticked off about the missing packages I'm supposed to be getting).
