Whats with this two difernent sized Peacheys

Some one help me out here,both are peachy ponies. The darker colored one is taller, they marked made in China.visitors can't see pics , please register or login

This comes up a bit...the main thing to think about is the sheer number of Peachies which would have been created. She is perhaps the most common G1 pony, she was released in multiple years, in multiple ways [store bought, mail order] and. in just about every country that got China/HK MLP, the Pretty Parlour turned up. In addition 30 years of play and store in different ways means a ponies pigments and plastic will have different experiences and perhaps different degradation.

For this reason you do get a lot of variety in symbol pigments, plastic shades and even size [due to plastic shrinkage] - that is probably all this is.

However, it is also a good excuse to start a Peachy army!

As plasticisers and bromides leak plastics become hard and tighten [shrink] a little.

Major differences in size are just a production thing though of course.

Lol! Only two?? I have about 10 different Peachy's -Yes Hathorcat is right about the sheer production numbers - Some have lower heads than others as they were tinkering with the Collectors Pose over the years trying to make it so they didn't tip on their noses - Lemon Drop is like this too. Plus the Pretty Parlor was released over a number of years as was the Show Stable.
