Retrodolls Hair Question

So at the risk of sounding like a noob.... i need to ask a question regarding hair i recently purchased from retrodolls. I bought the black hair with the colours on the ends. However when the hair arrived i realised it's half the length of a regular hank and only one end is coloured. So i cant use the 2 methods of rehairing that I usually use. Can anyone suggest how i might use this hair??

thats intresting to know,
i was contemplating getting some to see what its like, but now im not sure,


you migh have to go with the "tie off"  method,  you know make the knots in the hair as the base, and  use floss or something to thred it to your  head,... but that method is a major pain in the but,

it also sounds like your going to have a lot of wasteage with this hair as only one end is colourd *depending on how long you want it.

Thanks for letting me know about the post, sd_dreamcrystal! The best way to root this type of hair is through the knot method- where you thread the hair through a doll needle and tie a knot on the end. I've seen others fold in half and use it for a neat effect with the bottom part having two colors, but if you strictly want it one color on top, the other on bottom, the best way to achieve that is through the knot method. I will work on the tutorial tomorrow and try to have it up either tomorrow night or Thurs evening.
