yes, but they're pretty awesome as far as fakies go!  There was a group order for them on here a while back, and I got all 3, this is the blue one with Pinkie and Fluttershy

Ahh oh my gosh! That is so awesome O_o Are they made of the same type of material as the licensed ponies? I really want some now lol. Although, I can't work out how to use taobao. :p

Let me clarify: lighter weight plastic than G4 FS.  Tail is rooted, kinda wonky shaped on one.  Hair is nice and soft, not sure how well it holds a style.  Manes are started/stopped in slightly odd places, but not horrible looking.  All in all, considering the issues with some of the G4 line, I'd call them comparable.  I'm almost tempted to get a couple to customize, but I have a big box of baits to play with already.    Ren-Ren did the group order, she could probably tell you more on ordering.

Yes, I can provide ordering info to anyone who wants to get some straight from TB. I also plan to list my extras (both uni-s and earth ponies) on my sales site (sometime soon) now that I've fully completed the group order.

Yes these girls have been floating around for a while - very cute

I would recommend that you read up on how Taobao works and the connotations of using agents and the additional shipping costs you have to pay. Its not the kind of place to negotiate unless you are completely certain of using it.

I really doubt that they will get away with such a complete rip off of name, packaging, and the toy itself on a long term basis. Other than Taobao, has anyone found these in stores? It's possibly that Hasbro already cracked down on their manufacturer & the stock they had is getting sold on Taobao.

They are a wonderful set of fakies, though!
