G1 sells well. And for the right price, G2's sell well too on ebay. G3's sell best in lots I am noticing.

Ebay takes fees.. so it would be free to sell them here. It's going to take a lot of photos and listing though.

I hope everything goes smoothly with your baby horse! :)

G1 generally always sells pretty well, but it really depends on exactly what you're selling. I've noticed G4 is selling really well these days too. It really does hinge on if you're selling rare or common stuff. There are some ponies that you seriously can't even give away it seems!

And I wish I had money to buy your dolly mix ponies from you, because I'm dying to get more!

I would sell them here, since I agree, the ebay fees get annoying. As for which gen, that's hard to say, I think it's more to do with the rarity of the pony than anything. I have some super common G1s in pretty good condition up for trade I can't seem to get rid of, and while I've heard G3s never sell, I've been looking for some for quite awhile now (the Christmas/Winter ponies with their proper accessories), but have been having difficult finding them in my price range that aren't MIB.

Early congrats on the upcoming foal!

Sell it all here. I might be interested in your Dollymix!

You could make a post here, keep it up 2-3 weeks and if not happy, post on Ebay!

I for one would like to see your sales if you're selling G2's and G3's. I promised myself I wouldn't buy anything until after Christmas... but... but if it's going to a baby horse.......  :satisfied:

But yeah. It couldn't hurt listing them here as I said earlier. You don't lose money to ebay and everyone here rocks!

The G3's have really bottomed out as such, G1's and G4's still seem to be doing alright, and some G2's. Ebay is a great way to sell to a large audience, but as others have said, it costs to list and after you sell they take a cut of your final value.

If you want to move stuff quickly I think ebay is probably your best route, if you have a little time to play with, here is great as you know they will be going to good homes, and most collectors will buy a few ponies at one time, not just one here & there.

All the best with your sales and I hope your new foal doesn't require any special help :) would love to see photos once it is born ^^

Good luck with the real life my little pony!

If you want to make a reasonable amount with the smallest number of sales and the smallest number of parcels to send out then its G1 all the way. The market for anything other than rare [i.e. CC/Fair/Exclusive] G3s has completely bottomed out. Some of the G4s do sell well but thats maybe 2 or 3 times retail and its only some of them that manage this. G2s even the rarest always have low market value when you consider how rare some of them actually are.

Personally I would sell on the Arena first and only move those that struggle to ebay.
Thank you Matcha for my gorgeous Baby Fifi avi
Loa is my love god!

G1's are the best ones to sell. G3 ponies seem to not be bring much unless they are hard to find.  Not to sure about G2's and G4's will sell. But I think that it might be hard to sell them if they are more of the common ones.. I wish you luck and hope nothing goes wrong with that little baby :)
