I just signed up for Gameloft last night and my ID is valolove1975.  However, I play on Kindle Fire and can't figure out how to add people.  Anyone know?  I finally found it!  I will add some of you now if you don't mind.

You know, I beat this game (yes I cheated quite a bit to get gems...haha  ), but my tablet doesn't seem to want to give me the Christmas update. 

Is it only IOS?

YEP. You're going through the exact same problem I am!! :/ I try to add FB contacts, the game says I'm 'running a different version than they are.' I try to add gameloft contacts, it never goes through. What gives?

It has been glitchy lately ,more than before, but at least more friends show up on the game .sometimes it quits working saying there is not internet , or when trying to visit friends it says there is a problem and goes back to the menu of friends

I got a new phone and have to start over.  *sigh*  Something about losing my progress just made me lose motivation.

Thank you for that info. I am also have issues with the social/friends part. Sometimes it shows I have friends, sometimes it doesn't.

my wife says the iPad version gives her gems if you click like 200 times on a shrine.  normally they just convert extra element shards to bits, but she got two gems once.

also she said she gets gems from finding ditzy Doo!

  yes Ditzy gives a gem every now and then
the shards use to get the parasphrites also give gems , or more shards and coins
when you are getting the litle parasphrites .
I think I got 5 today from doing both of these, plus you get 10 every day when you check for free gems .

this happened to me today and what  i did i went to the GL screen from the Scroll Down menu of the game and I had to relogin into GL ,i got back to the main screen and then to the Gifting area and all the friends  showed up again.

You know how when you click a building to move, it sometimes gives you the option to sell it by clicking a red $ button?
I've noticed a few of the buildings in my town display a blue arrow button instead of a red $ button when I click to move them. Does anyone know what that blue button does?

On another note, the quests seem to get very gem-demanding around and after the point where you need to get Rarity. I've currently got an unskippable quest to buy a restaurant for 50 gems, a quest that asks me to get items from that restaurant, and a quest that asks me to buy Fancy Pants for 100 gems

The blue arrow means that the building/tree/... will go to your inventory so if you accidentally click on it, as I did once, you won't loose it.

No its on google play for android as well so you can play on your android or regular computer
