So excited to see you guys tomorrow!! So for eating utensils I picked up:
*Big plates
*Small plates
*Bowls
*Cups
*Utensils (Spoons, forks, and knives)
*Tablecloth (just in case we need an extra one)

Hopefully that should be enough! And I got them all in pink, naturally. ;D

And bring your spending money!! I'm bringing three totes of ponies and two large bags of accessories! (G1 and G3, but a big mix of stuff from those two gens.) I got cash so I can give out change, but if anybody has a smart phone and wants to pay me with Paypal, that could be arranged too.

On a bummer note, I went to get stuff for goodie bags and found nada. Soooo... those aren't going to happen. Sorry guys! Sounds like we will have lots of cool stuff there nonetheless! Next year we'll have to order stuff online ahead of time.

Can anyone who will be there near the beginning print a sign or two in case we can put them up in the library? Like a "NW Pony Party Here!" kind of sign (with our mascot pony would be awesome, but not required). I thought of that AFTER I went to the library to print all the coloring pages, of course, and I don't have a working printer at home. If no one can I may throw a sign together tonight and try to print it right when I get there tomorrow.

Well... I got back and the news is that I can't make it. They are taking my son of his medications due to an adverse reaction and I will be spending the day sulking about missing the meet and monitoring him.  I've been debating bringing them along just to pop in and I just can't do it. That would be a VERY long car ride for me and my boys. I can't even tell you how sorry I am that I have to miss it.

I will mail the newbie winner's basket to them and I'll make arrangements with Galactica and Katgyrl for things I owe you for trades. If anyone wants to swap their white elephant with me via post later they are welcome. I wish I could mail you the strawberry shortcake.

I can't even talk about it anymore tonight without having a melt-down, but I sincerely hope you all have a great time and please post pix of all the contest ponies! Maybe I'll start the ball rolling on a winter meet soon. Have fun!!

Awww... Salli!! I'm really sorry that you can't make it. I was really hoping that it would be good news.

I noticed that you were looking for Rainbow ponies, and I know that I have a Parasol and Skydancer, and I'm pretty sure that I have a Windy and Moonstone. (Can't remember if I had any of the CP ponies off the top of my head.) Did you want me to set those aside for you? I figure if you can't make it I still want you to be able to get some ponies!!

NOOOOOO! Salli, I'm so sorry! We will miss you so much! But children are more important than ponies of course. I hope everything works out for your son, it's no fun to be figuring out medicines. It's too bad you can't bring them, but I totally understand about the long car ride. I hope you at least get to do something fun for yourself tomorrow! We'll take lots of pics for you!

So sorry Salli. Take care of your boy, he's most important. We will do an Oregon meet again. If we do it next summer I can host, I'm in Hillsboro. A January/February meet sounds good too but I don't have enough space to host indoors.
