Wording help for a job description
« on: November 05, 2012, 06:08:55 AM »
Hello people. I'm lost. I need to find a cool name for a cool job, but I'm totally stuck. Maybe you can break the creativity-barrier. If so, just put down some (realistic to fun and crazy) ideas to the questions below. Thank youuuu. I love you.

How would you call someone who reports from a music Festival?

How would you call the mix of music festival interviews, news, reviews and campground gossip?

How would you call the process of getting the information needed?

Hm, maybe I need to give a little guidance. Sorry. I don't search for a real name or the correct word. I need creative input or synonyms that come from "outside the box" i.e. that I don't find in the synonym dictionary. (thanks for reading anyway, kaoskat.)

The one who reports from a festival could be a reporter, a gossiper, a storyteller, an informant or anything you can think of.

The mix of the news could be: festival news, input or something like that. (this one is tough)

The process could be described as tracking, hunting, searching etc.

For the first, "correspondent" comes to mind.  Not crazy or outside the box, but it's a word not commonly used.

As for the second ... I'll keep thinking.

The third?  Corralling, amassing, stockpiling?
