Who is this little filly?

That is Star Dreams.  She was in a play set with Apple Jack that has not yet made it to the US.

I wish we had more foals as toys. They're adorable.  Too bad this one's hard to get. Where have they been spotted?

Such an adorable set. Applejack and little Star Dreams having a slumber party with pizza, popcorn, a tv, a bed, and they're wearing little slippers...the cuteness! There seem to be plenty of them at Superstore here in Canada.

I didn't see any of that Story Pack wave when I went to Superstore today...    All Canterlot stuff though...

Yeah that set is in the UK. It's even been reduced half price to £6 at my local toy shop  so of course I had to get one.

I saw that set re-stocked quite a bit at Superstore grocery shops earlier in 2012, I'd picked up a few packs for other Arena members. If I ever see the set again, I'll be sure to pick some up to offer up to more folks here

That set is everywhere here in Norway :o

It technically has a world wide release but for some reason US stores have either skipped this wave or have simply not shifted enough of previous waves in order to bring this wave in. Annoying as its the only story pack with a unique pony - the rest are all just releases of ponies released in other ways.

I got mine from my Canadian friend. I really doubt it will be released in the US, but you can try asking people to help you get one!
