Anyone know Jinxxy?

Hi!

I don't know if I'm too hasty  but;

I bought Jinxy two ponies, Lemon Treats and TAF Merryweather. She even offered me one little ballerina baby for free.

It's been over a month and I haven't heard from her.. I have send pm and last time I checked it had been quite a time she had visited Arena.

If someone knows her please tell her I really want a response. I paid the ponies already And usually it takes 2-3 weeks to get here..

And if everything is ok sorry for this trouble

I have bought from Jinxxy before. I think she goes through spells of not logging on. If I still had her address I would suggest mailing her, but I believe I deleted it. I hope you can contact her soon and someone has more info. You might look in off topic at the penpals thread. She joined and maybe the member in charge there has an email or something.

if you sent your payment through paypal you sent it using Jinxy's email address. you can then use that address and send a email. I have done this before and got in contact with people.  hope this helps!

If you have a Facebook account you could also search FB with her e-mail address as she might have her account on the same address. That would be another way to try to contact her.

Definitely try to e-mail her using the address from the Paypal payment you made though like SDstang suggested

I had a transaction with her. Took some communication back and forth but turned out okay.

Just another vote for emailing her directly and also try PMing her again.

I think you did the right thing emailing her   She does go through periods of not logging in here for a while, but she does come back and sort things out, so hopefully she will respond to your email soon

I hate that when you buy something from someone and they seem to fall off the earth for a while. I have had that happen so much that I told them I am no longer interested.  You can only do so much.

If it has been over 45 days that you sent payment then yes, it's to late.

If not you can open a case through Paypal.  Just go into your account and find the original transaction, then click on details, and scroll to the end of the details page and there should be a link to their Resolution Center.  Click on that and it should walk you through the process.

I'm glad you were able to get in contact!  Her Paypal email must be tied to something she checks everyday so it sounds like communicating via Paypal was the right thing to do!
