As far as I know PinkKittyWinks has some Summer Wings/Windy Wing replacements on her etsy shop (shameless plug for you PKW  ) But for flutter wings I go to Nora (on ebay) for her replacement wings, they look just like the originals!

I actually made a search on Ebay the other day for 'flutter wings' and came up with a whole bunch of hits for the Flutter Ponies wings. They're quite pricy, but they look VERY good.

So if people don't actually make them anymore, they're still in circulation it seems and can be aquired
