Question for those of you who watch the webisodes and such: What's the story behind Gil's water helmet? Does he need it to survive on land, or is it just something he chooses to wear? Is he ever shown not wearing it?
How I see it, he needs fresh water to breathe. In the webisodes, I only see him with his helmet when he's out of water, but when he's in the water, like the school pool, he doesn't use it.
