I thought that I might post an introduction after my quite long hiatus from ponies, so here goes.
Hi there, I'm known as Emfen.
Somewhere around spring last year I got into ponies and eventually found my way here. Collecting have been such a huge drive until I got severely depressed around autumn last year and eventually I just stopped enjoying ponies around spring-summer, a certain incident kinda was the last straw.
Recently I found a special "somepony" that I hold dear, although he is quite far away I long to meet him and he indeed does feel the same. He managed to revive my drive and the thing I love about ponies so I decided to come back. Right now I'm trying to aim to learn about animation, I lack the proper tools but I hope someday I can get around and animate stuff.
And of course, these four legged critters. I love the unicorns especially as they appear so majestic among the hasbro ones Fizzy is my all time favourite.

Welcome back! I'm very new here, but wanted to reply because I can relate to your post. I struggle with depression too, I know how it can interfere with enjoyment of hobbies as well as everything else. I'm glad you are feeling better now :) Good luck with learning animation, that's something I've always wanted to learn as well- have dabbled a little bit with simple pixel art animation but didn't get very far (yep, depression got in the way).
