I just saw this set at Walmart yesterday, if it's the same one with the spa pony, Zecora and pinkie pie.

I was shocked when I saw this set in the store--I thought they were going to call the blue pony 'Spa pony' (kind alike how the Wonderbolts figure was just called Wonderbolts). But they actually gave her a name! Not just any name, but I think Lotus Blossom was her fan name too... >_> Usually I'm leery of canon names being taken from the fans online, but in this case based on her cutie mark I couldn't picture any other name for her lol.

There have been 3 "waves" so far:
Wave 1: Cloudsdale Set, Pony Wedding Set, Apple Family Set (3x, 3x, 2x to a case; meaning the Apple Family Set is more rare)
Wave 2: Cloudsdale Set, Pony Wedding Set, Spa Pony Set (2x, 3x, 3x, to a case; meaning the Cloudsdale Set would be more rare if there weren't so many left from Wave 1)
Wave 3: Class of Cutie Marks Set, Fashion Pony Set, Spa Pony Set (3x, 3x, 2x to a case; meaning the Spa Pony Set will be more rare, once the ones from Wave 2 are sold)

You just haven't seen wave 3 in your area yet. I've only seen wave 3 at one Target store so far around me, but I've seen wave 2 at most Walmarts and a few Targets.
