What stores are people seeing the mini pack with Hoity Toity and Photo Finish?

Is this a hard to find set? Every time I go to Target, Walmart, TRU, all I see are the others but that one

I havent seen any of the new packs yet Dx. I am dying to get the spa one, because I love Zecora. But I have still yet to see any in my area

Walmart out by me (Texas) just got the spa pony set. Which is technically considered wave 2 of the collector minis on its own. As for the Apple Bloom set and The Photo Finish set they are technically considered wave 3, so
they aren't going to be wide spread for another month or so at least. While the odd one has shown up in some places It's not fully out and about yet from what I can tell.

Target(Lakeside) had all 3 new sets @ $8.99 this morning. I'm holding out for a better price  .

They are not out everywhere as yet. Its a bit like any of the other items - these are the third wave of the Mini Figures line so stores and dispatch centres have to be clear of the previous 2 waves before they will stock the third wave.

I am sure they will pop up at a TRU or Walmart or Target close to you soon.

haven't seen that set, only the one with Shining Armor, the one with Zecora, and mostly the one with Rainbow Dash

Found the Class of Cutie Marks and Famous Pony sets for the first time in my area, at a Target:
