Monster High Pic Spam Thread

Thank you both. I've had practice painting D&D and Star Wars miniatures. I was a little bit disappointed with the way the gold paint kinda clumped up, but otherwise I'm pretty happy with the result. While they go well with Kahu's current ensemble of red "lil devil" shirt and gold earrings, I'm not sure I like them on her as much as the cola-colored pumps she normally wears. They may look better one someone else.

If I had a second pair, I would totally do the straps in ivory to look like ropes and the anchors in gunmetal grey.

I've also painted all the one color recycled accessories that came with my I <3 Fashion Frankie (I painted the stitches on the bracelet black, the lightning bolts on the earrings gold, and the nut on the necklace gunmetal grey).

I'd like to see your repaints of MH accessories.  Not sure why.  Guess I'm really impressed with the shoes   Those are SS Lala's, right?  Alittle backed up on my releases (see prior post )

Yeah, I'm a little sad about the lack of painted details lately too! The recycled molds don't bother me but I do like lots of detailing. Your custom shoes look great, puku.

No. I put the link in quotes. Some sites you do, some you don't. It gets so confusing! It's fixed now.

Yes, they are SS Lala's shoes. They were originally translucent pink.

I don't mind the recycled stuff either; I just wish they'd paint them instead of leaving them one color.

I was thinking of doing something like this with different shoes (black and silver), but I think I might have to use Rochelle's shoes instead Those look like completely new shoes!

The black and silver makes it so they go with almost everything too. Post pics of the shoes you mod when you can.
