the place selling these are expensive they are wanting something like $40nzd for the g3 playset and $50nzd for the ponyville and there is also a sosoft new born for $30

How do they get away with copying MLP so closely? Surely, patents and copyrights would prevent the blantent ripping off they've done here.

Fakie makers are usually too small and too remote [i.e. unidentifiable Chinese factories] for HB to bother not to mention that they do cater to a slightly different market - you wont find them on shelves alongside MLP in TRU you ll get them in bargain shops. So in some ways in theory they are not direct competitors.

    I love the cutie mark on the white pegasus! It's so pretty! 
  And apparently the big one is actually Sweetie Belle! That makes so much more sense.

i saw the ponyville one in person and its quality was really good, i could hardly tell the difference only the box is a died-give-away
