Fashion style Luna and celestia

Maybe someone here can answer my question. I saw a pic of someone's fashion style ponies and I noticed that they had 2 lunas and 2 celestia's. Is there a difference in the ponies other than their accessories?

yes, the second edition have no glitter or tinsel in there hair, there is also a slight hair colour difference as well, someone will probably post pics shortly

Single release Luna is kinda pearly plastic too like many early G3s had, Celestia's plastic is the same.

I believe I was one of those that posted the pics.

Yeah, there's some differences between both Canterlot and Regular Release Lunas and Celestias.

The Canterlot release have Tinsel hair, as well as glitter glued to their wings and horn. The regular release has no such fancies.

The regular release Celestia, to make up for the lack of tinsel in her hair, added a fourth color to her hair- a slightly different shade of teal.

The regular release Luna is made of plastic that's mixed with some glittery pigment to make up for the lack of glitter on the wings and horn. As a result, she looks a little more "pearly". However, this is not noticed in casual observations and will only become apparent if both Canterlot and regular release alicorns are placed side-by-side.

Lastly, regular release Lunar's hair color sequence is in a different order compared to Canterlot Luna's.
