Today, my husband came home with the most precious little box from the PO.

So, excited as I am....oh how I love packages....I tear into it after admiring the perfect choice of decoration: Hello Kitty Paper!!   

I can't tell you how thrilled I was, it brought me to tears.  As many of you have heard. My father has been diagnosed with liver cancer and possibly kidney cancer.  Our family is so stressed out and sad.  These are tough times for us.  I wanted to find a pony that represented dad to me.  Munchy was the one I felt fit the most because dad loves food.  With the lightening strike damage to our home, and dad...I decided to put off purchasing a Munchy for myself.  I so wanted her though..she represents my dad so perfectly.

Well, as you can see a very very special Arena member (Redlynx) sent me a Munchy and the whole thing has left me in tears of joy that I can't really express in words.  My dog was determined to be in the photos.  Sorry they are not the best ones. I am in pain today and not moving like myself...

Thank you so much Redlynx.  What you have done for me is more than you will never know.  I so appreciate your kindness and thoughtfullness.  It means so much to my entire family.  We will all embrace Munchy in a very special way.   I love the special gifts from War International.  I pray for these women and children almost daily.  Its a huge passion of mine that I never have spoken about here.  This just adds to my tears...I choked up when I saw the beautiful purse and earrings and the insert....this is such a meaningful gift.  The earrings are stunning and the little bag is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen.  I love multicultural things...and I looooove Munchy so much...I am so excited to have her.

Mom held Munchy in her hands today and just enjoyed her.  She was especially impressed with the symbols and the beauty of the pony.  I showed her to dad as well and he remarks to me she is good enough to eat. ROFLOL so I guess Munchy really had an impact on the very man she represents...my fun loving...food munching poppy.
