I also love the new packaging.  However, I also will not be buying any more of the mane 6 unless they come with a play set that I just can't resist.  I really hope that some new ponies will be coming out, but I'm afraid that they're not.

I really like the new packaging also!!!!!  I ordered Trixie and Lyra from hasbro and just got them today. I was hoping for them to not have the dvd with them and of course they both do So stupid to cover up most of the pony.

I hope we will get some new ponies too! I like tinsel but I am not going to buy them agian for that! I think I am the only one but rainbow dashs hair looks weird to me. I dont mind the dvds being in front of the ponies cuz I open them all anyways and I like to watch them since we dont have cable or the hub the dvds are the only way i can watch the show

Rainbow Dash's hair color seems off to me too.  It no longer looks like rainbow colors.  It's much darker.

I hope they still use Rainbow Dash's old eye style on new character ponies; increases the variety! Also, I've always highly disliked Pinkie's freakishly ultra-perky eye style and now Dash's are almost the same. I don't mind them making her more show accurate (although, there are several other inaccuracies I would've addressed first), and the eyes don't bother me in the show at all. But on an eternally staring toy it looks unnatural. Nobody opens their eyes that wide; it looks not only creepy, but also uncomfortable. I've heard people say that Pinkie's eyes are their favorite, so I'm probably in the minority on this, but to me, they just scream of dry eyes and a headache. I know that's what I'd get if I held my eyes that way very long. Ouch.

It's not a big deal, I didn't even notice at first glance (I was paying more attention to the regularly sized dvd's and trying to make out what RD's accessories are [a trophy and a ribbon?]), but I still hope they use creepy/perky eyes sparingly. My favorite eye style is Applejack's, and while I initially found the unicorn eyes to look very alien-like, they've grown on me.

I like the dvd's so I hope they release a new pony with it, too, though that doesn't seem likely now. I can't justify buying a clone just for accessories so I may miss out on this episode. Their accessories are very character specific; that's cool to see. I'm normally not an accessory fan, but Twilight's and Pinkie's are cute.

I'm very disappointed in more mane 6. Pony singles are moving so slowly at my Walmart that I'm afraid they're going to stop carrying them. And that's the only store within a 2 hour drive radius that sells ponies. Nobody wants to buy more of a character they already have. We need new ponies! Hasbro needs to learn some balance.

Is Dash's tail solid blue? Are Rainbow Dash toys usually like that? I only have the small solid plastic Dash.

Dash's tail is usually blue and purple.  I think all these ponies do have tinsel.  Interesting, but I'm not buying another Fluttershy just because she has tinsel.

Hmm....I liked Dash's eyes better the old way. I wish they could give her a cocky look since that's how she is in the show.

I prefer generic expressions on toys, it makes more sense to me. I'd hate to see an RD made with 'angry' eyes. :/
I wonder if she uses Pinkie's head mold now, and not her own?

Still don;t like this packaging either. oh well, at least Twi comes with glasses and a book.
