What are you proud of?
« on: September 28, 2012, 09:30:43 PM »
What have you accomplished recently that you are very proud of?
I'm asking this question because today, after 3.5 years in China, for the first time ever, I ordered my lunch all by MYSELF. That's right. I picked up the phone, dialed, ordered a yummy dish, and gave them my office address. In Chinese.   :P  I am more than pleased with myself right now, I'm smiling as if I had just climbed Mount Everest. Nobody here to share, so I thought I'd tell you.

Now, your turn! What are you proud of?

I made so pants and a shirt for my doll that's coming soon. I just hope they'll fit. I had to figure them out myself using his measurements because I don't have any patterns for him. I'm pretty pleased they at least resemble a shirt and pants even if they don't fit!

I'm quite proud of waking up early lately ! It has always been hard to do that ever since I can remember xD

Also, I am really proud of myself to keeping the promise of trying harder to get a job ! :D The hard work was quite fruitful, but I will post a thread about this next week or so... hihihi~

Has it been so long time already? I remember when you first told me you were moving there and it doesn't feel like that long time ago. Congrats on the accomplishment, tho. It must feel awesome! :D

What am I proud of? Uh.. My probationtime on my new work ended two days ago and I'm still there. Which means I've managed to make them like me enough to keep me. Yaaay! ^_____^

I guess the fact I've been able to start balancing things better lately. It's so hard to make space for free time and ponies when there's so much going on.

Wait, what am I saying, there's always time for ponies.

Apart from that I'd probably say gaming, or the fact that I've strongly held on to several friends for going on a year despite just meeting them over the internet.

What a beautiful quilt!

To me neither ... time passes so quickly now, it's rather scary!

Nothing really, I haven't accomplished much in my life at all. But if anything I'd say that I've kept a mostly clean house for most of the week? My life is dull.

Wow, I didn't realize you've already been living in China for three years! It seems like you just moved. Time flies! That's awesome :)
