That's great news klein!!

I am glad they are willing to fix the situation with out incident.  It's understandable that things can go wrong with transactions but what matters most is if it can be resolved in professional manner.

I might be wrong, but I think I received a few pony friends from the same seller, because I recognize the description, but they sent me a Kingsley with his eyes completely sharpied out, and I was struggling on what kind of feedback to leave.  I ended up going with "items as described." but that was pretty disappointing as I consider that a bait now.

I consider this resolved now, the replacement pony arrived today (or should I say the replacement sheep as Wooly was the one that actually came). I am choosing not to press the issue as I feel the seller did try to make things right by sending me a replacement even if she got a bit mixed up and sent me the wrong one.

I just BINed a replacement Fleecy on eBay, from a different seller I have bought from before that looks absolutely minty. It may have taken a little bit longer than anticipated but I will finally have a complete set of Pretty Pals.
