I have a Sunny Daze just like that Wysteria toy! NO idea what they were from though :/.  I don't know the others, sorry Just wanted to tell you I'm curious myself...

The boot came with the G3.5 dress-up Scootaloo.  Wysteria came with a book - The Princess Promenade Storybook and Playset (pictured in this thread: http://mlparena.com/mlp/index.php/topic,307859.msg389352.html#msg389352).  The pony head/wig stand came with the Ponyville La-Ti-Da Hair & Spa.  I don't know the others.
