AMAZING FAKIES!

I don't know if many of these have already been posted here, but I was searching and bumped with this site alibaba.com where you can order huge quantities for store sales and such. I found some amazing fakies with the vintage MLP bodies, I ALMOST PASSED OUT!  I wish someone had the experienced in ordering with them to see if its a trust worthy site. I know, I just felt like buying the whole lot just to find out if they come in more colors. I wish I could just order away

I don't know that those first two are actually fakies-

I recently learned (thanks to someone on MLP arena actually) that they often put random images of what you COULD possibly get- you have to work out with the seller what it is that you are buying- meaning they design it and produce it for you...  once you approve the "sample" you get your shipment.

I was all excited the first time I saw cool stuff on that site because they were using pics of various custom plush MLPs- but of course they hadn't made them, they were just using photos they found...

So in sum- at least for those first two- I would not assume that that is exactly what you would get.

@Galactica Thanks so much for that info! No wonder why they looked so pretty  Still, I fancy to get me some fakies like that. I've always loved the Gusty mold. Its just so pretty!!!

Yeah- I just saw that too-

just like the plushies that I saw- they are just pictures that they swiped from the internet- it is not a mold- but an actual G1 that they used-

the ponies that they create for you that will look "like" that plastic pony- will probably look more like the hippo ponies on taobao....

The two first ones are highly likely real My Little Ponies...If you look at the first links pics you can see that it looks like it have tail rust. Tail rust dont happen that easily to new ponies, it mostly happens to ponies  that have been a bit in water.

Alibaba is designed to link suppliers [Chinese factories] with potential buyers. What they do is post an image of a product - they don't make that exact product in fact they may not even own the image or the item in the image that they are posting. The image is to show what is possible...what the factory could potentially manufacture. See how it says minimum order size? They dont have 2000 Good Weathers in stock they simply ask that if you are ordering the minimum the will manufacture at one time is 2000.

For the G1 links therefore these are "what we can do" kind of links - those will be real G1 ponies and are simply being used as a demonstration for potential product.

The G3 & G4 links are different as they are fakies - the links could potentially be to the actual fakie manufacturers or they could even be competing factories offering the same product and "borrowing" the images of another factories product. The G3 fakies have been spotted in retail in quite a few locations but Pineapple Jack has yet to have a proper large release [assuming a business orders and a retailer takes them on].
