Oh man, mine are really bad.

Food: Ramen Noodles.
Drink: Pepsi Throwback.

I eat ramen noodles every day, but sometimes the market runs out of the kind I buy and I have to go without and it is awful.

cheese. I could live on cheese - well, given the variety in it ^^  erm, of course I know I couldn't, in those massive amounts it wouldn't do me any good, but I could hardly go a day without having cheese in some way. I love cheese, let it be any kind.
and this is true to almost all dairy products, but cheese is definitely on top. I don't know what I'd do if one day I got allergic to dairies

I somehow managed to quit soda cold turkey sometime this past spring, horrible withdrawls, but I drink about 1-2 litres of water a day now. I mean I still drink soda, but I allow myself one can a day, and have stopped craving it.

So I'd say water and sushi

And I'm actually in a coastal town now, and not in the middle of the mountains in the south, so I know the fish is fresh LOL

I can think of two right off the bat.

Milk.  I LOVE milk. I drink it everyday. If it were the only beverage left on this planet, I wouldn't care. I can drink it constantly and never get tired of it. Sadly, I'm partially lactose intolerant, so sometimes I pay for drinking too much of it.

KETCHUP. I put ketchup on my ketchup. I drown my chicken strips, fries, burgers, pork cutlets, etc in that stuff. I could suck it straight from the bottle like a freakin' vampire. I am addicted to it and I can't imagine a world without ketchup. It's gotta be Heinz! None of that nasty Hunt's crap.
