Food or Drink that you can't possibly live without?

Anyone have one of those? I'm on a cleansing diet for a week and I've gone without diet sodas for almost 3... whole... days... I'm trying not to eat or drink anything with sugar or artificial sugar and it's very difficult! I broke down and am drinking a Diet Dr. Pepper now I know all the talks about how diet cokes are bad for you, but I just can't stop drinking them  I go a bit nutty when I don't have chocolate too..... curse you foods that are not good for me!!! Why can't I crave broccoli or brussels sprouts?

I could not live happily without meat, eggs and cheese. Those are my staples. I love my low-carb way of eating, and it's nice to be free from the addictive powers of sugar and wheat.

Sunflower seeds. They help satisfy the "munchies". They are so much work to eat, that I don't really eat a lot of them. I tend to crave taste a lot.

Fruit for me.  My family nicknamed me "fruit bat" as I have been known to wander around kitchens looking for anything even vaguely fruity if deprived of real fruit.

Dr pepper!  >.> i  lovedr pepper.  then agian soda is part of hte reason i lost my teeth.  but that doesnt stop me from  drinking Dr peper.. i'm one of a  kind allright hehe.

Toco Bell and Mountain Dew.  I'll go without if for a period of time but it's so good!!

I finally weaned myself from caffeine...AGAIN. I have found when you stop consuming a type of food for a period of time, your body stops craving it. UGHHHHH ITS HARD!

Now i need to train my body not to crave crunchy salty things...

Pretty sure that won't happen...but I have been trying to turn to protein for my main source of calories.

Favorite food? Canned tuna. I ate it every day since grade school and I still love it now.

Chicken and Chinese. I could do it short term or long term but to cut it out completely is probably not a option.

Coca cola!! Must have one daily. I know they are bad for me but I can't help it. I use to be a health but when I was in the Air Force. But now I can't live without my coca cola daily.

Tea for me, I can't go a day without it. It used to be coke, but I gradually substituted tea for a healthier me.  Also cereal. I could live off of it (and pretty much did when I was in university).

Teaaaaa! Hot or cold, I can't go without tea As for food...anything with cheese on it. I don't know why cheesy things are so delicious...

Coffee!!! I used to drink over a pot a day, but have painfully managed to cut back considerably. Now I'm down to my 2-3 cups.
