Any pony people heading to London Expo October 2012?

Not sure if this is in the right place This is general pony & pony-related so maybe?

Anyway yesh! I was wondering if any pony fans were heading to the Expo this year? My stall is making up a second batch of Pony-necklaces (as they were so popular last time lol!) and I'm also trying to figure out how many collectibles to take with us - we recently came into a load of boxed (but previously opened) G1s and some really tasty G3s and I just wanted to test the water to see if anyone's interested generally? :-)

I met so many great people last time I hope it's the same this time <3

London Expo? Is this a collectibles fair or an actual pony fair? I can't make it to Ponycon this year (Nottingham is just too far for me to drive) but would love to go to something similar...

I'll be going! Friday/Saturday/Sunday, in a different cosplay each day, and wondering around xD I'll be Silver (Pokémon) Friday, Hazama (BlazBlue) Saturday, and Dave Strider (Homestuck) Sunday. |D

It's a comic, anime, TV/movie, and general media convention c: Though it's become mainly video game and anime focused these past years.

I used to go but it started to get really over-run with tweenagers...

Me and my boyfriend were thinking about going this year though, Don't know if I will have enough money.

Good luck with your stall, you can guarantee anything FIM related will do really really well this year.

It's kind of a bit of everything really - there's collectables, film stuff, autographs, anime/manga, comic books, cosplay- the whole shebang! It's set up to be the UK's answer to SDCC :-)

And yay! I really hope to see some of you there! Our FIM stuff did really well last con but this the first time we're bringing G1s to the party! We were gonna head up to PonyCon too but we found out about it too late to book a table so all our best stock is heading for Expo now!

London is so much easier to get to, plus I'll be back from holiday by then, and I can't make ponycon so I will probably go to this.

Totally tempted. Think the boyf would prefer this to ponycon as well, since then he can go and look at comics etc too. I'll have to get him to check his shifts.

Plus my pony buying ban will be over!!!
