I got the mechanism out! And the little plastic bead that you have to brake off the get her head off with out having to cut into her neck socket!

She needs a whole new tail since there is only a little left of her original tail. I took pics of evything, but photobucket is being evil right now! :enraged: Maybe tomorrow I'll be able to post pics.

I was able to get this little bead out of the pony's head using a pair of thin tweezers.

I need to finish ordering her hair, I've got the red, green, and yellow pick out, but I'm not sure about what shade of white to use. I'm thinking maybe Minty's hair color? Any suggestions?
