I am loving her hair.  It's always bothered me that they rooted all that blue into Sig. Rochelle's hair, just to cut it all off for her bangs.  It's NEVER made any since to me.  I don't think they planned her hair style well at all.  THIS ONE, though!  I love all that blue!

I am actually thinking about buying 2 of these and turning one into a Sig.  Ummmmm......

Why is Mattel replacing one thing for something else?? Especially when that something else isn't even out yet?! I mean sure, yaaay the scaris dolls are "showing up" but WTF?! Now people can probably start coming up with faulty excuses to have suddenly buy a "Flawed" doll to have Mattel possibly replace it with a new Scaris doll. Possibly.

I know this might make me sound like one of those "You're just jealous that you can't get one, but you're in denial to accept it" people who complains but still, when people discover something that can be taken advantage of, they will abuse the crap out of it.

I just want these to come out when I have money. My thought right now is "OH NO I CAN'T AFFORD YET!"

My thoughts exactly! I would hate to be strolling through a store randomly with no intention of MH Hunting or buying and you see a whole full section of the Scaris dolls but having no money. You want to get something but you have no money so you can't and knowing that it'll be empty the next day. >,<; Grr I hate it when that happens.

I swear half the "flawed" dolls I see posted are perfectly fine, so I hope this doesn't happen.  The more people take advantage of Mattel, the less likely they are in the future to be willing to help with a legitimate problem.

Wow, isn't this Rochelle suppose to be deluxe? Hopefully thats not all she comes with... 

There's also a pic of her in box on that girl's Flickr account. She also comes with brush, stand and a little travel diary.

I really like her curled fringe and her hat. Not a fan of her shoes or her skirt. I think I will get her, though, and ponder whether to keep both or sell of my sig Rochelle.

Mattel has a different solution for every call, but at least they solve most of the problems   I called last week b/c my beloved Bee CAM has two right feet.  They were very gracious and sent me a voucher to find a replacement (if I can). 


And time to start saving up for Scaris, whoohoo!! I NEED that Abbey and Jinafire!

So, a user on tumblr got a replacement Rochelle from Mattel.

Okay, these better start popping up in stores because this is getting ridiculous aaaaaaa. Because my "RAWR RAWR I AM ANGRY AT ALL THINGS" side is just thinking the worst and that Mattel is just SITTING on these dolls and haven't sent them to stores yet (though... with any company I really do think that can be truth) and not just the fact they might have sent these to stores but stores still have a lot of back stock or something idk.... all I know is I'm terrified of walking into Walmart while grocery shopping and seeing a doll I want from this line on shelf ;o;

Also as I have mentioned before, Sweden doesn't have the best supply of MH dolls in their stores, and they are often very expensive. Today I visited Sweden's biggest low price supermarket; Gekås and of course I had to check the toy section. When I got to the MH aisle it was almost just Lalas Powder Room and Ghoulias scooter packages there, and the ones without dolls. But I also found a few Roller Maze Dolls left so I grabbed a Frankie for 15 USD (half the price they usually go for here.)

Well, when I went past the Toy aisle a bit later they had restocked and this is what I saw;

I've never seen so many MH dolls at once before. There were like 10 boxes of each characters. Unfortunately I already have all of these, but I almost bought a Rochelle for customizing, but I ended up not to.
