MH Handmade Fashion Newbie Swap - HOST NEEDED

HOST NEEDED. Due to the change to swap rules, this swap now needs a host!

So, I posted on the Handmade Fashion swap thread, but figured I should switch it to it's own thread.

Is there interest in a Newbie version of the Handmade Fashion Swap thread? I'm more than happy to run it (with help from my roomie no doubt!)

It'd be for those who don't qualify for the other swap, so people can get their feet wet. So we'll take from the other thread as guidelines (if they don't mind)

Requirements:

• At least 16years old (sorry guys, this one I won't change)
• 0-11 positive feedback on the Arena
• 2 posts or more (I may edit this to 10, or remove it - we'll see)
• At least a 1 month Arena membership

Like most swaps, we'll have min/max guidelines, dates for shipping, etc which I'll work out once we've got enough interest. Looking for 6-10 partners.

I would love to do this! I fell short on the whole feedback thing for the other swap I have one here, but I have more at the TP.

I know often times in the pony forums they run swaps like this (A newbie and a regular swap), so that newbies can get feedback little by little - and eventually take place in the full-on swaps!

I'm thinking we'll adjust slightly. The regular swap has a 5-handmade item limit - this would be shirts, dresses, pants, shorts, etc ... accessories don't count. For ours I'm thinking 2. I'd follow the regular swap's idea of being able to buy (since some people just aren't crafty!) something so long as it's handmade. The regular swap has a $10 limit, which I may stick to, or may drop to $5 - $5 is harder to do. Extras would be okay, and it would be nice to have at least a few small things, even if it's just some candy or a pretty little drawing or something.

I've done a newbie swaps here on the Arena, and it was soooo much fun <3

Sadly because of the new swap rules, I can't host this swap like I'd originally intended. I'm more than happy to join in, but someone else will have to take over as host if it's going to happen.

Building up feedback is kinda hard. The whole "don't have much money or much stuff" thing strikes I plan to see about selling/trading some of my anime here shortly, but I need to get this mess with Paypal fixed first. They just aren't working with my bank and stuff for some reason.
